At 27, Nestor Lasso and his brother Adrian run Finca El Diviso-bringing a youthful drive for innovation, ultimately leading them to global recognition. Ombligon, a new varietal discovered in Huila, is a natural mutation of Ethiopian Landrace. The processing on this coffee is quite complex, a showcase of skills Nestor learned at SENA - with a degree in specialty coffee processing.
