This is a two-hour class designed to train palates and to gain a deeper, fundamental understanding of coffee. As a micro roaster, we will explain our process for choosing green beans, why we roast the way we do, and what we want to achieve as the end result.
At the end of the class, you will leave with three different coffee bags (6 ounces each) of freshly roasted beans.
Upon confirmation, we will email you with further instructions. Class size is limited to eight people for an intimate learning experience. The class is two hours long, 10am-12pm at our Downtown Los Angeles warehouse.
