This is a two-hour class designed to train palates and to gain a deeper, fundamental understanding of espresso and how to dial it in. Participants will explore all things espresso. We’ll explore the relationship of input-output ratios, learn to use our palettes when it comes to dialing-in coffees to ensure a harmonic balance of flavor.

At the end of class, you will leave with a 1 lb. bag of our freshly, beans.

** Classes may go on past 2 hours

Upon confirmation, we will email you with further instructions. Class size is limited to eight people for an intimate learning experience. The class is two hours long, 10am-12pm at our Downtown Los Angeles warehouse.
